DO BLACK PARENTS FAIL THEIR KIDS

MAYOR BLOOMBERG of NEW YORK caught a lot of flax when he said recently that 'low-income parents who never had a formal education don't understand the lifelong value of an education'
  in my opinion that is the problem, parents not making education a priority in the home.
